These Terms govern your use of services provided by MontfortBridge Inc. ("MontfortBridge", "we", "our"). By booking a setup call, starting a 14-day free trial, or paying for our monthly service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MontfortBridge delivers an 8-system contractor operations stack including: business website, 5-star review funnel, missed-call text-back, database reactivation campaigns, reviews-to-social auto-post, dedicated business phone number, AI review responses, and remarketing campaigns. All eight components are accessed through a unified mobile dashboard.
The service is sold as a packaged monthly subscription. We do not sell hourly consulting, individual tools, or unbundled features.
2. 14-Day Free Build Period
Every new client begins with a 14-day free build period. During days 1-14, we configure, install, and live-test your operations system at no charge.
If at the end of day 14 you are not satisfied with the delivered system for any reason, you may walk away and you will not be charged. To exercise this right, notify us in writing by email at michael@montfortbridge.com on or before day 14.
Billing begins on day 15 if you choose to continue.
3. Pricing & Billing
The service price is USD $297 per month, billed in advance, beginning day 15 of your engagement (assuming you've continued past the 14-day free build period).
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method on the same date each month until you cancel.
Prices may change for new clients with reasonable notice. Existing clients are price-locked at their original rate for as long as the service remains active and uninterrupted.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no penalty and no termination fee, by emailing michael@montfortbridge.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your then-current billing month.
We do not issue prorated refunds for partial-month cancellations. However, you retain full access to the system through the end of the paid-for month.
5. Refund Policy
Because of the 14-day free build period, no monthly charge occurs before you've had a full opportunity to evaluate the delivered system. As a result, we do not offer monthly refunds outside of cases of material service failure or billing error.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us within 30 days of the charge.
6. Your Responsibilities
To get a working system delivered, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information (legal name, address, hours, phone, services, customer database) during the build window.
- Maintain consent and opt-in records for any customer contact information you import into the reactivation system.
- Use the system only for lawful business purposes related to your residential service business.
- Comply with TCPA, CASL, CAN-SPAM, and any applicable state or provincial regulations governing customer outreach.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to:
- Send unsolicited messages to recipients who have not opted in.
- Promote regulated content (firearms, cannabis, gambling, adult content, etc.) where prohibited by carrier policy.
- Harvest, scrape, or resell customer data.
- Resell, sublicense, or rebrand the service to third parties without prior written agreement.
- Reverse-engineer the underlying automation systems or attempt to extract source configuration.
Violations may result in immediate suspension and termination without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
MontfortBridge retains ownership of the system architecture, automation templates, workflow logic, snapshot configurations, and any proprietary materials provided as part of the service.
You retain ownership of your business data, customer database, and any content you provide (logos, photos, brand assets, copy you author).
The dedicated business phone number provisioned for you during the engagement is licensed to you for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, you may request porting of the number per carrier policy.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees about specific revenue, lead volume, conversion rate, or other business outcomes. Results depend on your call volume, customer database size, industry, market conditions, and your own follow-through on inbound leads.
Figures referenced on our website (e.g. recovered revenue case studies, rebook rates, ranking improvements) are typical ranges for residential service contractors and are not guaranteed for your specific business.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MontfortBridge's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or use that violates carrier policy or law. We will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where appropriate.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Montreal, Quebec, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
